Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days — $4.99 (Free on orders over $50)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days — $9.99
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — $19.99
Delivery estimates begin once the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time you place the order.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard US shipping on all orders over $50. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your destination and order size.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, plus APO and FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship to international destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at cs@teknolet.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
