We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition
• Unused and in original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

No Restocking or Return Shipping Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees or return shipping fees. Returns are completely free.

How to Return

1. Email us at cs@teknolet.com to request a return
2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the provided instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the item (5-7 business days), your refund will be processed

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days after we complete our inspection. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cs@teknolet.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
